News 5. Mai 2003Michael Hickmann OFFENER BRIEF My Sozialhilfe was discontinued on 30.04.03. I was informed of this decision per letter dated11.04.03 Az 3331hick5229.8 As of 01.05.03 I would receive the reduced amount of Euro 398.47 in accordance with § 3 Abs 1 AsylbIG. As Euro178.95 is allocated for my rental I now have Euro 219, Euro 45 less per month to live from. Do foreigners need less to live on than Germans, this is blatant discrimination and has surely been done to increase the pressure on me to leave Germany. They clearly show that they do not respect my right under article 6 GG, which ensures my rights to protection of the family as the father of German children. A I am not an asylum seeker neither am I ever likely to be one in Gerrmany. I am also a human being I am also a human being I also have feelings just like the rest of you. I am also a human being just like the rest of you why should I not also have the same basic human rights as you? I am also a human being just like the rest of you why should I not in your eyes have the same worth as you? I am also a human being just like the rest of you I also feel pain I also get hurt. I also have feelings, I am also injured by injustice. I and my children are the victims of a brutal act of international child abduction. Why should I be treated as a criminal when I am a victim? Where is the evangelical church when I need help? They ban me from
attending their church because I see my children. They refuse to speak
to me. I am sick and tired of being treated as a human being third class by those who are involved in the protection of Germans who commit criminal and inhuman acts against foreigners. Why does no one involved respect the rights of foreign parents to contact to their children who have been kidnapped to Germany. I am sick and tired of constantly being dealt with in a way one can only describe as nazi. My only crime being that I fight for my basic human rights and those of my children, in a country that does not recognise my basic human rights or those of my children. I am deeply saddened that the South African government does nothing to speak out against the abuses of human rights being inflicted upon me and my children here in Germany and the nazi treatment I have had to endure. I am deeply saddened that my government does not give me and my children the support and the protection that I am afforded under the South African bill of rights. I am deeply saddened that the German government does not protect my rights or the rights of my children as ensured by the German Constitution and the German law. If any one of you who has received this letter is in any way disgusted by what is going on here in Germany I ask that they please do something to bring about a change in attitude amongst those who are concerned or can do something to help. Instead of everyone condoning the human rights abuses against my children and I one could speak out against such abuses. Instead of helping those who abuse my rights and the rights of my children you could help my children and I. It does not cost anything to show that one is a civilised human being, it does not cost anything to help the victims instead of the German perpetrators of a crime. It costs nothing to show that you are also human that you also care. Michael Hickman Albrechtstrasse 100 Tel +49 4421 748 468 |
